Terms of Service

These terms apply to Retivo, a service of Sellrise Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (BR No. 78104416), Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By requesting a report or starting a pilot you ("the customer") accept them.
Revenue Leak Report
- Price: US$490, invoiced before work starts.
- You provide a restricted read-only Stripe key. We deliver the report within 48 hours of receiving both the payment and a working key.
- The report describes past Stripe data and estimates. It is not a promise of future revenue.
90-day pilot
- Price: US$1,500 setup plus 20% of the measured uplift, unless a signed order says otherwise.
- Uplift is measured against a randomised holdout group of 20% of your customers who receive no Retivo messages. If the result is not above the holdout, the variable fee is zero.
- Retivo sends only messages and offers you approve. Any discount or credit is applied in your Stripe account at your cost and within limits you set.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to share the data you give us and the consent needed to contact your customers.
- You keep your Stripe account and keys secure and can revoke our access at any time.
Data
Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit.
Ending the service
Either side can end a pilot with 14 days' written notice. Fees already earned remain payable.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction.
